Its name translates to "One's Own Abode," suggesting that when this chakra is activated, you are "at home" with your feelings and your creative power. While the Root Chakra is about survival, the Sacral Chakra is about enjoying the journeyOveractive: Emotional over-reactivity (drama), sexual addiction, being overly needy in relationships, or losing oneself in pleasure.
Underactive: Feeling "numb" or bored, low libido, fear of intimacy, lack of creativity, or being "stiff" (both physically and mentally).
