Maa Chandraghanta is the third manifestation of Goddess Durga, worshipped on Tritiya. Her name comes from the Chandra (half-moon) shaped like a Ghanta (bell) on her forehead. The vibration of Chandraghanta is the vibration of Vigilance and Spiritual Sound. She represents the moment the seeker becomes "ready"—the state of heightened awareness where one is both incredibly peaceful and prepared for battle.
