In the Pancha Mahabhuta (Five Element) theory, the Space Element (Akasha or Ether) is the most subtle and pervasive. It is the "canvas" upon which all other elements exist. In therapy, balancing the Space element is about creating room for movement, communication, and spiritual expansion.
